anive Brooklyn was launched in 2013 by Evina Parrish. Evina studied Fashion Apparel Management at Philadelphia University and has worked in New York City for over 15 years in retail development and visual merchandising. She has always had an appreciation for marketing and creating visual presentation content. In addition to being a fan of visuals and creative marketing, Evina loves arts & crafts and stationery. As a kid, she looked forward to shopping for her back-to-school supplies each year. To this day, Evina can spend more time than necessary in any craft or stationery aisle in any store.
Though Evina has called New York City her home for over 15 years, she is a Maryland-girl at heart, growing up in Southern Maryland outside of Washington DC.
